I'm starting to think if honda not got new ideas on a new blade.
Maybe they need to call CABBIE

Re: 09 streetracer
The seat and tank cover arrived from UK Road & Race so I will be off to painters tomorrow afternoon.
The quality of the seat and tank cover is crap! but I have booked the painters time now so have to use the items :(
I guess quality control was at lunch when my bit were made
The seat to tank fit is just pathetic! I
New riser clip on's from LSL
And I know I'm going to get well slaged off for this but I don't have the money for the Brembo's so I got the standard calipers aqua blasted and put some stickers on, I will get Brembos in a couple of months promise

Re: 09 streetracer
what are you doing paint wise? May I suggest black? haha
Looks good so far... awful isn't it when you are against a wall and you have to use some such shit you've been sent and you have no choice. Doesn't take much for companies to actually produce something worth the money they charge...
I'd send them a message saying how shit they are and that you had no choice... won't make a blind bit of difference but it will at least piss on their parade whilst they read it...
I am sure you will make it look awesome though dude!!!

Re: 09 streetracer
Started the new subframe mock up
Seat is too high due to the jack up kit fitted, this will be removed and the standard plate replaced, seat is 1.5" too high as is, the subframe will be fully boxed up to give super clean look.

Re: 09 streetracer
Made the tank brackets
Fitted
Finished trimming the seat, taking it to painter tomorrow so he can get the painting under way
Ride height is still 1/2" too high so need to adjust that, I'll finish boxing up the subframe tomorrow and fit the battery box etc
