Re: 09 streetracer
Few more bits done
Shock fitted
Side covers back on after aqua blasting
Brakes done and new damper fitted
Having a problem, motor turns over fine but won't fire up, here's the connectors not being used, do I need to refit some of the standard leccy parts?

In the last picture, isn't that the plug you fit a Power Commander too, if so, that two should be together 'or am I on the wrong plug' DOH

Re: 09 streetracer
One is for rear lights and the other is for exhaust vavle servo, I just ordered a servo buddy to plug in where the servo has been removed as you get a fuel injection error on the clocks.

Re: 09 streetracer
taken all the intake flapper crap off and the exhast servo etc and got the FI fault light, bought a servo buddy, this stopped the light when the ignition is turned on but it keeps coming on when the motor is started! do I need to replace some of the intake parts?

Re: 09 streetracer
Found the FI fault light problem, it was a small vacuum hose that had pulled off the bottom of the airbox when I fitted the Q/A throttle, all good now.
The BB plastics race body kit arrived and it's crap! going straight back, re ordering a fairing from Pro-Fibre and seat/tank from UK Road & Race, another week's wait :(

I hope the pro-fibre is a better kit.

Re: 09 streetracer
Well what a difference with the Pro-fibre fairing compared with the BB Plastic crap, top and belly pan are perfectly smooth with no seams!
Decided to cut the back off the belly pan as don't need to catch any oil
And straight out the box and on the bike with just a few holes to drill, simples, and delivered in 4 days!
Just waiting for the tank and seat from UK Road & Race

Re: 09 streetracer
Few hours in the garage to sort out the rear brake
Standard set up
Machined up some new bits
Modded swing arm, (welder is off today so couldn't get this welded on)
All done and saved £600 for the Brembo kit, happy days
