Found a shorter dog bone to try from a 94 blade and new lug possition

Re: 09 streetracer
So, while waiting for CNC dude to make parts I started the new expansion tank.
New tank
New position under the frame, just need to make a spout.
Nice snug fit

So 2 days sanding and the swing arm is all smooth with brushed look, nice
Fitted
New pivot spindle arrived
And just to show there is clearance for the wheel (this is with wheel fully forward before anyone questions that! )

Re: 09 streetracer
Time to sort out dogbone and tringles.
Made adjustable dogbone and tringle
Can fine tune the rising rate to match the original set up now

Re: 09 streetracer
Top mount back from CNC dude
Cut up the ZX10 hugger and made new one
Shock fits nice with loads of clearance, just need to space out the hugger 20mm
Played with the adjustable tringle and dogbone and got a perfect match to the original set up, even minimum to maximum travel was the same
Just need to get Mr. CNC to make these and it's job done
