Yeah we can have two trackdays, one at the beginning of summer and one at the end....possibly?

Cadwell will be organised again through Nick Rice so we can get the discount and he was pretty good at organising things for me last year and kept me well informed.

Donington I think will be a different story, more expensive, don't think they do group discount etc...but I myself would like a shot around Donington, not sure if that will happen next year or not though!

I'm happy to organise both for ya's if thats what you's would want.

You dont have to go through donnington itself, focused go there all the time, give them a shout, with the sucess of last year there bound to go for it, we might even get a discount.

Yeah thats cool Mark.

Just spoke to Focused Events, we can get a discount too for Donington and Cadwell through Focused Events - 10 riders then only pay for 9 (10% off)

Donington would be approx £130/140 for the full GP circuit (minus the 10%)

Cadwell approx £100 (minus the 10% discount)

With focused events, I or someone else that wants to, has to collect the money and make a note of the group that folks want to go into.

The last bit won't be a problem just set up something that will make it easy for payment and noting information.

Will do a poll to see when would be most suitable for both Donington and Cadwell.

So Silverstone actually finishes second in the poll and gets ignored ?

Why have a poll if the outcome is ignored ?

I haven't ignored the outcome, but reading through all the posts Donington and Cadwell gets mentioned the most.

Cadwell was a huge success last year as its fairly central (well for those south of the border that is).

You must do as you see fit but it just seems like the poll was a bit of a waste of time if you're going to pick and choose what info you go by.

Having said that all power to you for organising it Smile

...........and I probably won't be doing any of them cry

How about one at Silverstone in the middle of the summer? have 3 instead of 2???? but we want as many as to go to each one to have a BIG group of us (well you lot cry ) and also for the group discount.

Need a minimum of 10 at each one to get the discount.

Possibily but that might be diluting it a bit too far.

Looking at the poll the only place you can almost garentee 10 is Donnington.

That said I might be able to bring along 4-5 people local to me to Silverstone but I haven't asked them yet Smile

Meet nick at Cadwell and to deal with over the phone he was a great guy and sorted a good trackday out for us.
He also said If we done It again at cadwell he'll try and sort It out so we get the pits.
This maybe a bit hard with us going into different groups as I think about It, But a bigger turn out just maybe.
Two trackdays down south not that fair for people who live well up north.
Hat off to nutty who ties and get good deals for a big group to do a trackday, Did Nick deal with Silverstone Nutty ?
Maybe best to see what deals he can do then run the poll again ?

Nick at MSV only does Cadwell, Oulton Park, Snetterton and Brands Hatch.

I'd like to do it through Nick for Cadwell as he was a great contact point and organised taking the money and other stuff and kept me up to date on everything for ya's.

eeerrr, id go for cadwell over silverstone, however it might get get some guys from the south up.

The people that actually went to cadwell this time loved it, perhaps it should be those that attended last time, that have the casting vote.
As I remember lots said yep yep im going, then when it came to paying, they went quiet, on them grounds, the tracks should stay as before, donnington and cadwell.

You could add silverstone as an extra, but thats yet another self run track, how about brands hatch (for the south guys), thats msv controled, so you already have a good contact there in Nick.

Just a few of my thoughts.

Trying to setup a joint trackday, has a minefield of issues, best to leave as is, if the day happens to be the same, then so be it.
