Re: It's on the road
Looks great Al,
I think that headlight cowl is just the right height, gives it a nice line across the top of the tank to the tailpiece!!!!
Nice work.....bike also looks quicker too
Are the brakes working ok?

Re: It's on the road
I really think it looks great as is! Get your shock cover you mentioned like Griz used and that'll look good. The overbraid looks nice and neat.

Some of those camo samco's look nice, although your braiding looks really cool too. If you have standard Honda hoses you could sell the blue kit and still get decent money for them towards some of the above.
I don't think you need any graphics on the bike, it looks real dark as it is, very nice, not sure about a belly pan either, think one might look too 'aftermarket' if you know what I mean?....and it'll get caught on kerbs + traffic islands?? although tiny projector beams forward mounted either side would look good on one.

Re: It's on the road
Yeah good idea FBF. Still struggling with the fairing/clock brackets. Gonna MOT it on April 17th with just Gilera lights then have a mess with projectors.
Appreciate your suggestions and ideas mate, keep em comin, but remember I ain't got much dosh.

Re: It's on the road
Yeah, that's what I like. One tw%t on ASF spent £40,000 buildin his bike and it was a pile of crap!!!. Somebody told me I couldn't fit a VTR1000 front wheel to my RRW, so I did!!! Anybody can buy stuff and bolt it together, takes ingenuity to do it on a budget???

Re: It's on the road
It sure is lookin good mate!!!
The colour is spot on & I agree with FBF, you don't need any stickers on it, just follow through with the whole polished alloy & grey black colour scheme!!
Really looking forward to seeing it in the flesh!!
