Made a small change to my RRX Empty Made a small change to my RRX

Post by dazh Sun 03 Oct 2010, 18:10

After painting my seat unit and painting and fitting a new seat cowl I decided the original stickers on my bike were showing some signs of wear and tear, couple were scratched but not through to the paint so I decided to change them. Took bloody ages to get the old ones off but luckily the family bodyshop who does the repairs on our work vans race bikes and know all the tricks so gave me some strong thinners to shift the glue. I was gonna get some replacement stickers the same as the originals but saw these at a price I couldn't resist, with the theory if it looked crap I could still go for original ones. Anyway, I know it won't be to everyones taste but I love it. Got some new iindicators coming for the front and a couple of 'Fireblade' stickers for the top fairing this week. Also need some white vinyl for above the right hand headlight and to get my wheels painted over the winter.

Got it from Powerbronze mate, quite cheap aswell, £60 plus carriage from memory. It came in white but I repainted it so the shade of white matched on the seat unit and the cowl thumbup
