I have often thought that. Perhaps, forums have had their day from a social point of view and really just exist now for the technical side that isn't really appropriate for Facebook, i.e. you don't want to add someone as your friend on Facebook to ask a technical question.

Re: It's been....
cheer up guys!! still have Fireblade Day at Ace Cafe in July. Is not just facebook contributing to lack of contact, I see and speak to MB/Scotty/Cabbie/HoHo/Kevb/Springy on a regular basis other than on site so it is a matter of personal social life in your own area too

Re: It's been....
I dont know if its down to the likes of Facebook or not, I do know that the forum is suffering and stuff like pm arranging runs or rideouts is not helping any. Last thing i think any of us wants to see is this place just turning into a tech forum and im suprised (with the exception of John), none of the forum admin's have not got involved in this... Forums needing a kick up the ass and its needing it sooner rather than later.

Its not FB, its the person behind the keyboard who reacts on impulse without any thought on the reply, am guilty to that and often regretted as the reply was not what I meant.
The other reason being the recent spate of difference of opinons by members has silenced many which is a complete contradiction to a post here. The forum will get recover with a dedicated few who left all the schoolboy shyte when they left.

Re: It's been....
The chuckle brothers did the needful and spent several hours getting the bike ready for a run into Croydon this morning. All this will be new to me all the preload on the legs were miles apart as this was the factory set-up.

Re: It's been....
Been riding that for months and could not understand why the rear was skipping like mad , the front repeatedly protested. All attempts to cure that made it even worse amd moreso when we rode down that canal road, my error was I used the factory base settings for my adustments, both legs were miles apart (sorry for the pun)
This is the third cock up I've come across which stems from factory.
