Donnington is Alive and Kicking Empty Donnington is Alive and Kicking

Had an amazing day at donington on Tuesday with Hottrax. The track is in great condition and has been repaired well. The new sections of tarmac are a couple of strips across copice, a section at the start of starkeys stright and for the national track there is a new right / left off starkeys onto the start finish stright. This has been moved back to the same point as the esses making starkeys about 10 metres shorter. The new surface is a bit dodgy in the wet, but once it dried by the second session it felt as good as the rest of the track.

The day was sold out with 150 people across three groups and it never felt busy, loads of space on track and John Kirkham from british superstock was there on a stock BMW showing everyone up! What fun.

Anyway enough waffle, here some pics.....
