from Newtown down the A483 to Crossgates, then the A44 to Rhyader, A470 to Llangurig, then A44 to Aberystwyth.

I still have a sore bum and i managed around 530 miles

the A483 is the road in the video on BC that I posted, it is wiggly, it has a good mix of tight bends and fast sweepers, a few good S bends thrown in for good measure, and the tarmac for the most part is good, grippy and apart from the short section after Llambister, is pot hole and tar banding free.
