Re: Anyone ....
Yeah ive been there 3 times mate, you'll struggle on the Blade, as your always on the brakes, i did it once on mine and found my wrists hurt after only 3 laps, only used 2nd 3rd gears as well.
Much better track on a 600, i really enjoyed doing it on my 636.
I might pop up and say hello dude, its only 12 miles from my house.
Oh, the Cafes good there and quite cheap

Re: Anyone ....
Your brother could also do Anglesey, my mates Son was on track with us in August he's on a restricted license as well, this was with No Limits though, so not sure about other track-day companys mate.
Donington was a complete wash-out, we had freezing rain all day, people were coming off on the warm-up laps most sessions, i was behind one lad on the straight when his bike started fish-tailing, he was bolt upright at the time.
I kept sliding on the brakes, front and back, and sliding coming out of corners with VERY little throttle, so i called it a day by lunch time, i heard Donny was bad in the wet, but this was taking the piss, it was dangerous, and in hindsight should have been cancelled.
I will most definalty go back, as the track looks and feels awesome, but if its wet forget it

Re: Anyone ....
Cheers for the info. Not sure what difference a restricted licence makes it's the same test. Sorry to hear about donnington long way to go for a wash out. It's on my to do list next year.
