Re: Brands Hatch eve 18th August
I'm booked on a track day at Oulton Park on 29th July, been there to watch BSB, always wanted to ride it, now I am. It looks a little like a larger version of my local track, Cadwell Park, now that is awsome when you get get it right.
Its £159, run by Focused Events, but booked through Rocket Centre of Blackburn. Cost just the same but you get free refreshments and food throughout the day provided from a very professional looking covered stand. Saw them in action at Cadwell this year, takes the hassle out of making a brew and eating sarnies you made but dont really want. Please God turn the bl**dy raintaps off and let me enjoy it as I would like, DRY!
Any tips on Oulton from anyone who's been there and done it would be welcome.

Workshy will be there with his van I'm booked in first for mirrors off and first for a lifted home is things go wrong.
I'm sure he got the heart to help you guys out too if the day goes tits up for you.
I'm sure the day will be great and workshy will help us find track peace.
I got to say he may come off a lot but if he not pushing he good for line and riding positioning for the track.
I'm also sure he may get kicked out of our group when he forgets about us.
Workshy in the slow group i bet he just love it
Re: Brands Hatch eve 18th August

Re: Brands Hatch eve 18th August
i hope i dont jinx it but the weather is crap this week but looking good for the weekend and into next week, a nice high pressure is moving in ...
Do they have any rules about the use of cameras, I have got hold of a Hi8 recorder which fits under the seat and a bullet cam which I can fit anywhere on the bike, just wonderd if they get a bit funnay about cameras etc.
Do they have petrol at the track or do we need to fll up before hand?
1 more week to go
