Ride outs in 2008

It's time to start thinking about ride outs... Anybody got any ideas and dates that they would be interested in a ride ? I would like to meet up and ride with some of the other area bods and would hope that they would reciprocate. I think we all need to meet up more this year and organise more days out. ... What do you think ???

Be good for another Wales run and hopefully a brunch run again im up for absolutely anything

yep, but i'm gonna pass the baton to someone else this year, did my head in a bit last year trying to keep track of 10-12 bikes and their riders and pillions

When rides are organised and there are loads of bikes it would be better to set up meeting points along the route therefore anyone lagging behind or getting held up or riding slower (ahem), then eventually everyone would get together, what do you think.

Oh and by the way if I have the time I'll be there but to be honest I can only really do Saturdays.

Be easier to just tell people to meet at say the Cat and tell em the route i dont mind meeting at mine but it means going pass the route we would be taking to only go back there

However could have a BBQ at mine and leave in morn

I want to get up the Cat this year and a Bar B Que at yours would be great matey. Maybe even two or three !!!!!

Ill be up for any ride out this year...particularly looking forward to another wales run.

It isnt fair to let the leader of the pack have to look after everyone in the group, and im not sure telling people the route would work. Theres no way i would remeber a route in an area i wasnt sure of (or even one i am sure of).
It should be upto the person infront to look after the person behind. If they dissapear then wait at the next major turn off. If theres no turn off then just carry on.
Its when people just f**k off and leave you behind that it all goes tits up. Just takes a bit of thoughht and consideration.

Gonna be a great year though, after this years wash out we will be out every weekend!

BBQ at mine then can sort dates out in the near future Il be back living in Stockport by end of Feb "Fingers crossed" estate agents Then just a short blast to meet everyone at the cat BRING IT ON
