Sorry got to pull out now.....I am doing Donny on 22nd May and staying over for Blade day.....had credit from Donington Track and unfotunately must use it on one of their days understandably.....

Apologies for messing everyone around but over £ 300 for 2 trackdays is a tad beyond my limited budget....

I've received 12 payments for the trackday so I can now get it booked up with the group discount

Thats the trackday now booked for everyone that has paid, I've managed to get another £20 knocked off for everyone so I'll pass money to haggler to hand out to you all on the day.

Anyone else that wants to attend the trackday will have to pay £165 instead of £137.50 and you will need to book it yourselves.

Once I receive email confirmation from focused events I'll pass a copy on to ya's.

I live about 40 miles from Donington so I will ride over early in the morning (praying for clear blue skys and a hot sun! - ).

We will have to choose a pit garage so we can all meet up - or how about getting some firebladeriders.com stickers so we can identify each other?

6 of us are coming up with the bikes in vans.......staying the night before at the hotel @airport.

Booked through Focused Events (had problems getting the time off from work, so missed the discount - bugger)

Gone in the Novice group, as :

a) It's my first trackday this year
b) I haven't ridden at Donington since 1979

Here's praying that the weather's kind, the bike goes where I point it and my new boots turn up before next week !

Had a major fu**up yesterday,the digiSLR is now fit for the bin(well the repairers atleast) so had to go for an "impulse buy" for a replacement............Sony Cybershot......the reveiws are good ,just hope I can sort out how to use it?????

The SLR more or less was pratt proof and forgiving but not too sure on this one?

Anyone got one?
Need to know setting for motion pics and do I really need the Lens Hood ?

Hoping to get there early and get a garage.

I am aiming to get there at around 7:30am (will leave home @ 6:30am) - will fill up at the Donington services before getting to the track.

Will be going M5/M6/M42 (let me know if anyone is going the same way).

I will be taking my camera too.
