Managed to get in another trackday, and tbh i thought we were pushing our luck a bit, south Wales and very nearly October, be lucky! Well it started a bit patchy, but soon dried up, and there was loads of grip, so all in we had a really good day out. I was in the inters, and felt pretty comfortable, scrubbing a new set of tyres  in the first session or two, and then i was away.
The bike felt really good, if only one thing to change really was the stoppage, seemed to be the best place to overtake if that makes sense , i did manage a pb and got past a zx10r under brakes, which i was really pleased with, but i think a decent set of race pads and a fluid change will make all the difference.

Sbs do a ceramic pad for racing\trackdays alot of the endurance bikes use them because they are half the price of performance friction pads.
Bendix do a race pad, they are also expensive.

Don't spend alot on fluid, most of them run normal dot 4.

Off here next friday with the southwest bikers, had a few upgrades since the last visit, bought some sbs carbon pads for the front, which should do the trick, all fluids and filters changed, so really hoping for a good day out. Cheers Wes
