Sunday 5th September - Southern All Day Ride Out

Hi All, Hope everybody is well. I thought I'd take a break from arranging rideouts and go away on holiday - shocking and selfish I know!

Anyway, I have given in to the persuasion of some of my friends and riding buddies to come out of retirement. I've arranged a rideout for Sunday 5th September and I'm out all day riding. It is extremely unlikely I'll be on a Fireblade but I will be on a suitable machine.

Riders are joining the ride as convenient to them, not everybody will be out all day. Around 11 of us will be out in total. I thought it a bit rude not to let you all know.

Post on here or contact me if you want to know more. If you need an excuse to get your bike out or just want to turn up at one of meeting points to say "Hi", you are as always, more than welcome.

1st Destination: Oakdene
2nd Destination: Hawkhurst
3rd Destination: Wessons
4th Destination: Bury Hill
5th Destination: Loomies
6th Destination: Henfield
Final Destination: Box Hill

My friend Jon is riding up from Hampshire and meeting me @ Box Hill. Riders are coming from Brighton, Eastbourne, Bexhill, Rye, London and Southend for this one.

I've ridden with all these riders before and they are good riders and some of us ride near to your area, and you'll be made more than welcome if you wish to meet and / ride with us part or all of the way.

All 11 of us will be together from Hawkhurst and we weren't planning on setting arrival or departure times at the remaining destinations, so if you are interested in joining us I can pm you my mobile number. We will be riding for around an hour between each destination, so I don't return your call immediately it will be because we're riding.

Let me know Steve, as said before, you'll be made more than welcome. Blade RR6 from this forum is coming and 1 or 2 others may turn up to. It should be a good day

A pure guess is 4:00pm, it really depends whether people want to crack on riding or a mix of riding socializing and talking bike etc
