KLE Headlight Empty KLE Headlight

Post by cub Fri 18 Jun 2010, 10:47

Got a KLE 500 headlight for the winter project but am looking for opinions on whether to fit to the frame or fork legs. Fitting to the legs would be easier but am thinking about the added weight on the steering etc any thoughts?

ya shouldn't notice it on the forks and they look neater, IMO.
I tried the frame mounted but resorted to fork mounted.
but it's all down to your taste mate.

Think I'm gonna mount them on the forks cause putting on risers and bars will probably take some weight of the front anyway so it might keep it roughly the same

forks everytime

1. frame mounts look shite
2. avoids issues with steering lock
3. you can mount them closer to the leg and avoid it looking shite
4. i always prefer my lights to point the same way as the bars..falling off in a dark carpark cos your lights don't move is shite

basically...avoid owt shite!
