929 rearsets on a rrw
I know they dont fit......... yet
Decided the HRP's are too nice to muck about with and a bridge too far as far as making the gear lever work and look good. So .......bought a set of Harris 929/954 rearsets. Anybody purchased a kit to make these fit or is it out with the cardboard and scissors and down to local engineers to get a frame to rearset reducer plate made?
Cheers
Simon

These arent my first choice but for brand new harris items they were the right money so going to make them work. Sold the Hrp's with a bit of luck just waiting for some spondoolies

Here's a pic of my Harris brackets mate. Unmarked , anodised titanium colour. 8mm holes are 15mm apart? Your brackets are 45mm spacing , so they should fit ok and have a bit of adjustment???

Sweet thats you then?
Yeah will do, I think I got it sussed but will need to make a mount thats centralised so that the arm will move forwards and backwards and engaged the gears. Nothing a few beers and some head banging against the wall wont fix
