It's Acetal, this material makes superb bushes, comes in nice colours too

Seat unit all welded up and sanded down, top mounting screws done and started trimming sides.

So here's the final cut out shape for the side sections, the subframe back rails will get moved back out of sight, there will be inner sections added round the cutouts to add strength and give the seat a better look, there will also be an inner section added to the back cut out round the shock mount

Still the same paint job but instead of the HRC on the tank it'll get it's new name "EVO" but in the hrc style

Started fitting 08 blade seat, best way to get a good fit is stick 60 grit paper to the tank and work the seat back and forth till it's perfect
I cut 3" off the front of the seat to make it look better
Just need to do some sheet metal work to blend tank, seat and frame

Cabbie do you think the res on the ohlins shock will clear the standard CBR tail subframe? Mine is set in 5mm over stock do you think I will have the clearance?
