A simple test wold be see if they are magnetic. If they are its stainless if not titanium.
Aparently thats what the scrutineers do for the superstock classes that cant use exotic materials.

standard headers are not titanium, lucky if they crap grade stainless, mine need replacing soon.

I will be replacing them from ebay, not paying good money to Honda to rip me off, maybe some after market titanium ones if they come up cheap. Will be out and about soon, once the roads are dry the roar of the blade will be heard once again. OiL change, spark plugs, chain and sprocket, race ram air ducts, removing of the pair valve system and re-map in a few weeks.
