Re: Unmarked
Why did'nt you suss out you were being followed by a biker that was not in your group? Remember that Honda Civic that followed us after we zapped a few cars had all the hallmarks of an unmarked Police pattern.
Best of luck with the outcome Chimps.

generally speeding in all zones apart from 30's. over a ton on several occasions and crossing double solid lines to overtake. pretty much a book thrown at me but may be able to plead mitigating circumstances to keep my licence because of my care work. i hope so

Returning from an Assen trip we were tailed by a biker who kept his distance and made no attempt to overtake us our speed was a mere 120, we pulled into Vuerne Services which he did likewise and parked away from us. I walked over and saw camera equipment on his FJR1300 and asked why did'nt he pull us. He replied he was only doing cars. The stalking pattern remains the same wherever you are

Re: Unmarked
Best you employ a barrister then. I was up for a repeat ban, but got off with a big fine. Cost a lot of cash, but kept my license.

Re: Unmarked
So, what did you get booked with then, dangerous, reckless driving?.
Reckless is big points about 6 to 8, dont know what you get for speeding down engerlandshire, but i agree with MW, get some legal sorted out now.

Re: Unmarked
not booked yet but speeding deffo and prob careless driving, gotta wait about eight weeks for statements/dvd etc. as for a barrister, don't make me laugh lol, as a single parent i can just about pay my rent.i do however have a few barristers I know from my previous legal work so might call in a favour for some advice
will plead my case and see what happens. my care work doesn't pay much but the old lady i look after lives in Wandsworth and depends on me for everything so maybe the mags will take that into consideration
we all know the risks we take, at the end of the day
