Well its been awhile since i last posted someting to this so here we go i have been thinking about the paint work on the bike to finnish it of and i am gona go with this

well after months of needing to get the exhaust sorted out have spent the day sorting it now all i need to do is finnish the rest

Aha that looks a lot better GB hope it performs well. Have a YTZ10S gell battery in the broom cupboard George which has held its power showing 12.6 volts will fully charge it tomorrow.

Nothing yet its very solid no flex at all tis still got the mount on the bottom of the frame

Hi scotty, how much of a job was it to fit the 07 front mudguard? need something for 'project whenever' & that looks really good

I made some brackets up out of a lenth of alloy angle and bolted it to the pinch bolts at the front then drilled the front holes for the fender then used rivnuts to to bolt the fender on then the same sort of thing for the rear and bolted it to the top caliper bolt

Well done a bit more today after leaving the paint to harden for a couple of days i went over the seat unit and cowle with a bit of 2000 wet and dry then polished it and it looks good which has now spured me on to doing the rest of it within the next 2 weeks Smile

when you say you need spacers to line the triangles up what do you mean , doin this mod myself and need all the help i can get , also did you have any problems fitting the blade wheel or does it go straight on , hope you can help Smile

Cheers,no its still the micron headers with a custom made linkpipe to the 07 akropovic can,looks and sounds a lot better
