Get away? Empty Get away?

Looking to get away on the bike for a week in May. Usually go Monday to Friday. Has anyone got any recommendations for routes, places to stay (would rather a base than 4 or 5 different places) stuff to see? Have stayed in the UK so far and would prefer to do so this time as money is tight for a couple of the guys I go with.

Normandy, Pete n Rusty's mate. Fantastic roads, chateau, Mont st. Michel. or Ardennes, Spa, Tanks, roads, Nurburgring. cost about £220 Bn B n EM . Bell me for details mate?
