I entered a competition some time ago, never thought I'd have won and thought I'd have heard before now......and it arrived in today's post
Anybody else going?

Now then
I'm there. Good finish to qualifying Fri pm, Crutchlow put a lap in that no one got anywhere near, top man, and the other Brits were going well too.
Looks damp this morning but forecast is for it to get better.
Cheers

pm'd you ma moby on the XJROC forum as my phone struggles to load this forum as it's so buzzin'
Yesterday was good and WSB's have just been out again.
Had to change my route due to the rain that started to do the boring M25, but picked the twisties back up on pretty dry roads from High Wycombe.
Did you come on your XJR or Fireblade yesterday? Saw a yellow XJR in the car park yesterday.
Loads more people here today.

Now then Julian
never got chance to ring and meet up yesterday M8. Great qualifying by Crutchlow, he's on fire. Fingers crosses for the Brits in the races, it'd be nice to see two or three on the podium.

Re: World Superbikes (WSB) @ Silverstone Friday 30th July - Sunday 1st August
Was glued to the box over the whole weekend with Silverstone getting rid of that horrible chicane it made the racing even better.
It was great to see the magnificent 7 brits in full battle mode on home turf with Cal doing the double for the first time.
Perhaps the best race yet this season.
Few years ago Brands also stage the second WSB but the organisers wanted four times the fee which Jonathan Palmer found unacceptable and therefore dropped. Would Siverstone produce the record crowds of 125000 spectators that was seen at Brands remains to be seen.
