Just about to put the wiring under the tank and have heard about issues with blocking the air filter scoops, I've taken the air box off and gonna put it in the gap at the front. Anybody got any advice?

The air well behind the headstock has the deflector bolted on, if this cavity is obstructed it will impede the air flow. As road speed increases the air speed increases as well causing a vortex effect this swirl slows down the air speed so the motor can get the correct air/ fuel throughout the rev range.
If the deflector is removed and the cavity obstructed the motor will run poorly and will struggle higher in the rev range.

Some fancy cut and soldering would be needed, most of the wiring could run under the cross member whilst the relays and fuse box on the top. Good luck bud

Interesting. Was wondering what to do with the wiring.

Was thinking shorten a lot of it to save trying to hide it.

Great job there Cub.
Most SF riders shy away from the cut and solder just in case they need to revert back to standard set up at the expense of performance.
One guy found his bike ran quicker with the front wheel pawing the air

Mines probably wont either. I'm not great with electrics only doing it one block at a time, but as long as it's soldered and sleeved then it should be okay. Probably the hardest job on the mods this year. SO FAR !!!! Laughing
