The blade has been modded
She has been away and has now returned, with a 2Bros exhaust, a PCIII and some air filters....And by god it sounds and rides like a dream. Hope the links work, would have liked to have posted the dyno graph direct on here but do not know how to

Re: The blade has been modded
Nearly bought 2bros pipe for mine, would have took the plastic cover off it was mine....but thats my opinion. Looks good though mate. Does the PCIII make a difference cause I've heard mixed reports about them. Does it stop the fluffyness at low revs...? If that makes sense lol

Re: The blade has been modded
oh yes...there is nothing fluffy about it now....neutral throttle aroind town type mph and the bike felt like she was hunting....but oh so sweet now, picks up in every gear and at every throttle position...
have to have an O2 eliminator fitted otherwise it overrides the PCIII so maybe that is why there are mixed reports...
also the plastic is coming off when i decide on the tail tidy to get

Re: The blade has been modded
looked at fitting the tail tidy today...there is a piece of plastic that fits onto the original hanger, do i just scrap that piece also or do i get a bracket or something to hold it in place again once the r&g fitted as it does not attach to it

Re: The blade has been modded
When i replced the can i got ride of all the heat shield and top plastic cover that goes under the light, it's there to stop the light melting with the original can on. Did get some fin things with my tail tidy that went behind the tail tidy to cover the old can up, but thats all gone now i have the new can on.
Have another look at the pic of mine.

You can just see the tail tidy with the genuine can on in the next picture.

Re: The blade has been modded
so it is fairly safe to remove the plastic stuff and heat shield without melting the lights.....just did not really fancy a blob of plastic awaiting me when i went to ride it next....
