Some of you guys know masterblader gave me Will at 1off-design's phone number and website as I needed a painter for my project, I sent an email and called but he didn't answer either!, I found another painter some distance away and was taking the bike parts there Friday.
Yesterday Will phoned me and couldn't apologize enough saying his PC went tits up etc, after a long chat (seams like a nice guy) I've decided to let Will do the paint job, main reason he is only 30 mins away.

I'll post here along the way to see how good 1off-design is regarding service and skills etc etc so if anyone need paint work in the future there will be some feedback. (we'll forget the first attempt to get in touch with Will and accept the excuse given)

Laughing it's worth mentioning cabbie, if you tell him he comes highly recommended and you've posted a progress thread on the Fireblade website he's bound to go out of his way to make it an extra shiny finish!

Nope, I'm not going to tell him, I'll just post here what I think of his service and quality.

I also think it'll be good to have a company feedback section on the forum where members can post their thoughts about firms they have used for parts or services etc?

Know what you mean, I'm not saying it would happen but under scrutiny you might get a different result from his standard work

In 1997 Will did a spray job for me and I was impressed instantly as the colours were vibrant and deep.
I spotted a blade in North London in HRC colours and immediately recognised colours which turned out to be Wills. He recently sprayed an unregistered SP2 in Colin Edwards Castrol colours for a Honda dealership and has featured in an MCN writeup so this guy has got real cred.
Thanks Cabbie for the repreive, you will not be disappointed.

I dropped off the body work at 1off-designs today and was very pleased, his workshop is kitted out with large spray booths and there are racks of different paints, I saw some of the work he has just finished and it is awesome quality.
Will is a very nice guy, very helpful and I went away feeling I've made a good choice in 1off-design.

So I picked up the new paintwork from Will at 1off-designs and sooner than expected, the quality is superb, the colours, graphics etc etc are perfect and flawless, all the panels are painted inside also! I was only charged £700 that's about half what the other quote I got.
After I collected my parts and went home Will called to say I had forgotten the fuel tap, I said to post it on but 2 hours later Will knocked on my front door to deliver it in person just incase it was urgently needed !!

So for service, quality, value and communication 1off-design gets 10/10 from me, and I can't recommend 1off-design enough.

Thanks Will.

Yes, that is what you call service, knowing what your like for perfection i will definitely use him in the future for any of my spraying needs. Handy that he's only a few miles down the road too.
