Just get an 04 Mille swinger, grind off 4mm from the right inside boss on the frame, arm will go straight in with the blade hardwear.
Get some longer 8mm bolts and a pack of washers to realign the suspension linkage, job done.
Don't bother trying to fit the blade wheel unless you have a lathe and good fabrication skill's, just get a set of cheap Mille wheels.

Yep, you don't have to get it perfect just as long as the swing arm goes in the gap, the screw in spacer touches the swinger.

2004 swing arms are recall's but you just need to weld up a rivnut hole to make it safe, 2005 are the new design swinger, not sure about the 2003 wheels, go look at the Mille microfiche and see if the wheels are the same part numbers, I think they should fit ok.

Check the part numbers on the 03 and 05 wheels, if the part numbers match the wheel will fit.

I know this post is a year old. But does anyone know how difficult it is to fit the matching Aprilia wheel on the front of the same bike with the 1000rr fork conversion?
