I got a local engineering firm to shave off the teeth from an old worn sprocket and bolted the old1 and new together with a tab washer on the nut head.
I was lucky cos the sprox had two threaded holes in so they cleaned out the thread on the new 1.
That was about 20 years ago so I cant remember the firm but maybe your contacts would be able to do something similar?eyebrow thumbup

Assuming you need another 8mm or so out? You could easily do similar but on the back carrier, make a sprocket spacer and then use longer sprocket bolts/studs what ever they are?

If any of you guys ever need an off set sprocket give these guys a call

http://www.sprockets.stenor.com/

They know the exact spline sizes for all the triples and most classic and modern bikes, all they ask is for "number of teeth, chain size and offset measurement"

£60 and delivered in 48 hours!

I recommended this company if you ever needed a special sprocket.

http://www.sprockets.stenor.com/

It's now been 4 weeks since I placed my order for a Kawasaki 400 10mm off set front sprocket, I've left so far over the last 3 weeks a total of 39 emails and loads of phone messages with no reply!

I would now like to recommend you DON'T use this company if you need a special sprocket.

They should have contacted you near the end of the third week to tell you what's going on!

You could of made one by now!

I called Talon engineering today about my off-set front sprocket and they can make one no problem, I'll report back on how good their service is.

As for the other company, if the sprocket ever turns up I'll keep it and never answer their calls/emails, see how they like it!
