Newbie says hello!

Post by AFCNEAL on Mon 05 Oct 2009, 07:49

Hi everyone. Just found this forum after a lot of searching (lots of forums but few with any real volume of traffic).

Got a 2008 Blade in CG red, a very early Feb08 model. 1st owner hardly used it, I got it in Mayu 2009 with only 1500m on it, but the previous owner was OCD about cleaning and it was better than new! Sadly I haven't maintained that level of fastidiousness!!

Now got over 6000 following a July trip to St Tropez with a couple of mates - did 2500m with a slipping clutch after the dealer recall wasn't done properly.....

I live in Milton Keynes (someone has to?) after I moved from Aberdeen, preceded by the Isle of Man. Originally from S.E. London...

Rather surprised Exorcist
Blackheath is steeped in history and on the threshold of Greenwich with all the Nautical Museums etc: then you have Blackheath Village where property is way beyond the reach of most house buyers.

+1 - love Blackheath - One of the few places in South London I'd live - I'd move there tommorow if I didn't have children.

Used to live in Sydenham - that's nice there too but moved out when people started getting shot every week.
